Display and Enter Item Property Information

Selecting a item

A item can be selected from the:

• All Folders Tree

• Search results tab

• Keyword Index results tab

To display or edit the properties

1. Either:

• Click on the item and select [Properties] from the [File] text menu.

• Right click on the item and select [Properties] from the in-context menu.

2. Enter the information within the appropriate tabs of the properties dialog.

• General

• Custom Attribute Sets

• Locks

• Keywords

• File

• Browsing

• Authentication

• Offline access

• Statistics
