Location: All Folders mode - right click on item - select Properties - select Locks tab.
Lists locks applied to the item to protect it from deletion. In a multi user repository locks can be applied by multiple users.
User: The username of the person who applied the lock.
When Locked: The date the lock was applied.
Comment: User created comment giving the reason the lock was applied.
Your working copy...: The directory on your local drive where a copy of the item is stored when an item is checked out or the get function is used.
[Open]: Forces KW to open the locally stored copy of an item rather than the version in a repository.
[Lock] - apply a lock to an item so that it cannot be deleted.
[Unlock] - Select an item in the list and remove a previously applied lock
[Checkout] - Checkout an item from a shared repository
[Checkin] - Check an item back into a shared repository
[Undo Checkout] - Check an item back in to a shared repository discarding any changes made.
