Location: All Folders mode - right click on item - select Properties - select File tab.
URL: The web address or file path of the item. If the item was created by copying it to the database (a snapshot or clipping) the phrase "Content is stored in the database" will appear in this field.
[Browse Files..]: Activates the file explorer to enable you to select a file from a local or network drive.
Author: Enter the name of the person who created the information element . This will appear in the Header panel of the Content Pane.
Email: The e-mail address of the author.
[Use Current URL]: Get the page title and URL information from the item displayed in the Content Pane.
Do not index the content of this item for search purposes: Checking this box prevents the search engine from indexing the item. Note: If this is not set on creation of the item this may already have occurred.
File size: The size of the file
Created: When the topic was first created
Last modified: When the topic was last modified
Last accessed: The last time the topic was opened
Source URL: The true URL of the topic which may differ from the URL entered in the entry field. It is also the URL source used to create a clipping or snapshot.
