Location: All Folders mode -right click on Item - select Properties - then Keywords tab.
New Keyword: Enter the text of the new keyword you want to have associated with the currently selected topic . Click the [Add] button when the text entry is complete.
The lists shows all keywords and sub-keywords associated with an item. New keywords can be entered in this tab by selecting text in the item, right clicking on it and selecting "Add to keyword index" from the in-context menu.
[Add]: Creates a keyword based on the text entered in the new keyword field. To create a sub-keyword select an existing term before clicking on the [Add] button.
[Delete]: Select a keyword and click on [Delete] to remove it from the list.
Select
an existing keyword from the list and click on the outdent
button to convert a sub index term to a stand alone index term
Select
an existing keyword from the list and click on the indent button to create
a sub index term.
Use the up and down arrows or drag & drop to change the order of keywords prior to creating a sub index term with the indent button.
