Location: All Folders mode - right click on item - select Properties - select General tab.
Name: The title of the item. This will appear in the tree and in the display tab of the Content Pane.
Locations: Each location within the All Folders A container for a set of related topics tree where a link to the item exists.
Read-Only: Check this box to prevent editing of the item.
Apply read-only settings to subitems: Check this box to prevent editing of all items located within the selected items branch of the tree
Categories: Displays the categories assigned to the item. Use the drop down list and check boxes next to each item to assign categories.
[Categories]: Edit the master list of categories. Add new categories and delete unused categories from the list.
Description: Description of the item content. This should enable the user to decide if the topic should be displayed. Content of this field may be extracted from the metadata of the item created by a previous author. For a task enter the details of what needs to be accomplished in the task.
