To create a item from a web File:
Switch to the All Folders mode.
Create a new item by any of the following methods:
If the web page is displayed in the Content Pane then the following methods for creating Items are available. Either:
Drag the browser tab into the All Folders panel to create a reference Item. Ctrl+Drag the tab to create a snapshot Item. Drop the tab into any white space to create a new root Item or drop it on another item to create a nested item at that location.
Drag a link from the displayed web page into the Items panel. This will create a reference Item for the target of the link.
Right click within the All Folders panel and select [New] and then [File].
Give the new item a name and right click it and select Properties.
In the File Tab of the Item Properties dialog box click on the [Use current URL] button.
Modify the information as needed and click on [OK].
If you wish
to create a item based on a single frame
within a web page first click on the Show/Hide drag

you to drag the frame to create a topic based on its contents.

to see the frame structure, and then drag the now visible frame border
to the All Folders panel.
If you wish to create an item from a section of content in a page, highlight the section you are interested in and drag it to the tree. This will create a clipping.
If the web File is not visible in the Content Pane
Either:
Right click within the All Folders panel and select [New] and then [File]. Enter the appropriate information in the dialog boxes.
Left click anywhere within the All Folders panel and either:
Click on the [File] text menu then [New] then [File].
Click on the [New] button in the Main Menu and then select [File].
After creating the new File and naming it;
Right click and select "Properties..."
Go to the "File" Tab in the properties dialog and type in the URL of the web page or path to a file on a local or network drive.
