To view a list of tasks click on the Tasks mode button in the Nav pane
The task list can be filtered by Due Date, Status and Category in the Nav Pane. Tasks are normally displayed in a black font but will appear in red if the task has passed its finish date, and in gray with a strike through when complete.
Sorting and grouping the list.
The task list can be sorted by clicking on the header of each column. The sort order can be reversed by clicking on the column header a second time. Groups can be created by dragging column headers into the gray grouping area above the columns. Grouping can be eliminated by dragging headers back to their original location.
Either:
Double click the task item in the tree.
Open the tasks mode and either:
Double click on a task in the task list.
Select a task and click on [Open] from the main menu.
Select a task and click on [Open] from the [File] text menu.
Click on a task in the Associated Items panel of the All Folders Area of the Nav Pane.
The task will appear in a popup A secondary browser window that appears automatically when a web page is loaded. panel on the screen.
Turn on the Header panel A display area that shows information about the information element selected. This might include a description, file type, author, categories etc. .

Right click on a task in the tree and select properties
In any mode you can see a list of all tasks that have past their reminder trigger time by selecting [View Reminders] from the [View] text menu.
