Keywords assigned to a web page by it's author are automatically extracted and added to KnowledgeWorkshop's keyword list. To modify these, or to create your own for items follow the instructions below.
Open the properties dialog for the item and select the Keywords tab.
Enter keywords you wish to have associated with the item in the New Keyword text field and click [Add].
Select any existing keywords in the list.
Click [Delete] to remove the keyword.
Click and drag the keyword to a new position in the list.
Click to make it a sub-keyword of the item above it in the list.
Click to promote a sub-keyword
to a stand alone keyword.
Click the up or down arrow to change its position in the list prior to making it a sub-keyword. You can also click and drag the term to its new position.
Select the text that you want to be the new keyword. This can be a multi-word phrase.
Either:
Right click on the selected text and select [Add keyword to index].
Under the [Insert] text menu select [Add keyword to index].
