Listed below is a directory of viewlets that describe the features of KnowledgeWorkshop and their practical applications. They are designed to provide you with a step by step demonstration that is easy to follow and well labeled.

You can easily pause and repeat sections of these viewlets using the play bar at the bottom of each viewlet or by pressing the space bar.  Where possible we recommend that you open the viewlets within KnowledgeWorkshop so you can see the demonstration and try out the features at the same time.

You must have Adobe/Macromedia's shockwave flash viewer installed to view these files.  If it is not installed you will be prompted to install it automatically when you select the first of these files.  Alternately, you can download it for free from Adobe and install it yourself.

If the version of the flash player is earlier than "flash9e.ocx" you should download the latest version as otherwise you may encounter problems viewing the tutorials. You can check the version of your flash player by selecting "Internet Options" from Internet Explorer's Tools menu, going to the "Programs" tab, clicking the "Manage add-ons" button and looking for the "Shockwave Flash Object" in the list and scrolling over to the "File" column. This should contain "flash9e.ocx" or later. If, for example, it contains "flash9b.ocx" you will need to upgrade the flash player.

Note: Due to the size of these viewlets, they are not suitable for viewing over low-bandwidth (e.g. dial-up) internet connections.
