When I send a reply to a newsgroup I can't see
my post in the list of messages on the server.

To see recently posted messages on a newsgroup
server you must click the [Get new articles]
button. Your post will then be downloaded
from the server and appear in your list
of messages.

I have some items that refer to web addresses
which have become invalid (the web address
has been changed). What should I do?
If
the number of pages are few in number,
you can change them
individually. Right click on the item
and select "properties". In
the dialog, make the necessary change
to the URL (on the "File" page). If the number of affected
items is large, and the URL change
for them all is the same you can use
the Batch Modification of URLs...
tool, accessible from the "Tools" menu.

Can I make import favorites from Internet Explorer?
|
Yes, your Internet Explorer Favorites are available in the "Favorites" menu,
yet it can be advantageous to also have them accessible in the navigation tree
(where you can assign keywords, associations and have the content indexed for search
purposes). To do this, simply select (in the navigation tree) a folder in which you
would like the new "Favorites" to be created (or click in the white space at the
bottom to have the Favorites folder imported as a top level item),
and from the main menu click
File→Import/Export→Import Favorites from Explorer.

How do I reorder items and promote/demote items?

You can move one or more items up or
down in the list of siblings
by selecting them and pressing Ctrl+Up
or Ctrl+Down arrows (or by right clicking
them and selecting Move item up/down).
You can drag and drop or cut and paste
items to move them to a different parent.
