How can I pay for my purchase?
We use the PayPal payments system, which ensures
your peace of mind and security of your credit card details. You do not have to
enter your credit card details onto our site. When paying with PayPal you will be
automatically redirected to the PayPal website where you can authorize payment.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a free trial period for all our software.
You can try-before-you-buy
for up to 30 days. If you are thinking of purchasing our software we encourage you to try it
out first and satisfy yourself that it meets your requirements.
If, however, after purchasing KnowledgeWorkshop, you conclude that it is not for you,
we will give you a full refund if you contact us
within 30 days of purchase.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
For KnowledgeWorkshop Professional Edition we offer a sliding scale of discounts starting
with purchasing as few as two licenses. Please visit the pricing
page for additional information.
If I purchase a product will I receive product upgrades for free?
We are constantly improving our products and release periodic point updates that you
can download from our web site. These point updates
are free within a major version of the product. A major new release will change the first
number of the version (eg to 1.0.0 to 2.0.0) and would require an upgrade purchase.
Can I buy your products on a compact disk (CD)?
No. In order to keep our prices as low as possible we only offer download of the software
via the Internet. Once downloaded, you are free to burn it onto a CD/DVD if you like.
