Click on the [Use Current] button. Whatever item is currently displayed in the Main Display will become the home item.
Click on the [Clear] button to remove the item displayed in the field.
Click on the [Browse] button. This will display a tree from which you can select an item.
Show on startup
Check The home Item radio button if you want the item associated with the home button to appear on startup.
Check The last viewed Item if you want the last item viewed in the Main Display before shutdown to appear again on startup.
Check A blank page if you want a blank page to appear on startup.
When capturing parts of documents or web pages to create items, KnowledgeWorkshop can enter a citation to the item so that you know what the source was. You can turn this feature on and off by checking/unchecking the [Add citation] ]box. This citation can be added above or below the clipping/snapshot by selecting the appropriate radio button.
Reminders can be set for tasks. You can customize the sound that is played when the reminder popup A secondary browser window that appears automatically when a web page is loaded. appears by browsing to the sound file.
Set the Re-index interval for the search tool. If a web page has changed AND it has been longer than the time set in this option since you last viewed its contents THEN its contents will be re-analyzed for searchable terms.
Set the distance measurement unit for the ruler that appears at the top of notes.
