By default tips for using KnowledgeWorkshop are displayed

tips can be turned off by unchecking the [show tip on startup] box. The

Is you dismiss a set of task reminders you are prompted to make sure you wish to dismiss all of them in one step. Uncheck the box to eliminate this prompt.
A new item can be created as either a reference to a document or the entire document can be copied into your database. By default a popup box appears to prompt you to make this choice each time you create a new item. You can turn this popup off by unchecking the box. When the box is unchecked a drag and drop produces a reference to the document and a Ctrl+Drag and drop creates a copy of the document in your database.
