Web pages copied to the database, clippings and snapshots are all editable items that are formatted as HTML. KnowledgeWorkshop has a built in HTML editor that enables you to modify these items post capture. To edit one of these items;
Either:
Right click the item and select [Open in]
Select the item and from the File text menu select [Open in]
Select either [Tabbed display for editing] or [Floating window for editing]
Enter or change content, drag and drop text or images into the item. Not all HTML formatting is available - tables creation is not currently supported for example.
Use the formatting toolbar that appears in the Main Menu to change font, layouts etc.
When creating bulleted lists use Shift+Enter to end the list.
